1. Event Participation

By purchasing a ticket to a Cool2BeConscious event, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk. Our events include physical activities such as breathwork, yoga, and ice bath experiences.

Participants must be 18 years or older. If you have any medical conditions including but not limited to heart conditions, epilepsy, respiratory issues, or are pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.

2. Tickets & Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by Cool2BeConscious.

In the event of extreme weather conditions where we cannot safely run the event, your ticket will be valid for the next scheduled event in your city.

3. Photography & Media

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed and filmed. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

4. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive environment for all participants. Any behavior that is disrespectful, discriminatory, or harmful will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
